| Q: | What is the difference between formal recruitment and continuous open bidding (COB)? |
| A: | Formal Recruitment is a more structured and all groups participate. It usually consists of 3-5 days of events early in the semester or just prior to the start of the semester. Continuous open bidding or COB, is a more informal way of recruiting new members that happens throughout the year. Only chapters who have vacancies in their membership are allowed to participate. |

| A: | Delta Gamma requires that new members have at least a "C" college average or if college grades are not available, a minimum of a 2.7 GPA on a 4.0 scale from highschool.
